Stir fry was on the menu tonight! Isn’t it nice to have something light and full of veggies after all the rich foods of the holidays? I always recommend cooking the vegetables one at a time according to their group, and then holding them in a pan until everything has been stir fried. That way you don’t run the risk of overcrowding the pan. Also, I have the sauce already made and set aside with plenty of minced ginger and garlic which I add at the very end so that all the colors and crispness of the vegetables are maintained.
