When I say eat fresh and eat local, I mean it! Today’s dinner was ahi tuna caught earlier this morning by a gentleman that works at the meat counter! It was phenomenal. I made a dredge of toasted sesame seeds and coconut, then cooked it at a high temp in small sauté pans. A passionfruit reduction, coconut rice, and tossed green salad made this one of our favorite meals of the trip!
