The Silvercreek Realty Group Nutcracker employee party turned out so well! Dinner was beef tenderloin with a peppercorn currant sauce, potato knishes, roasted carrots and spinach gratin. We had a myriad of desserts, my favorite being mini creme brûlée’s. How can you not love a dessert where fire is the finishing touch?
