Aloha from beautiful Hawaii! I’m the chef for a group of 20 over the next few days and couldn’t be happier! On the menu tonight: fresh grilled fish lined with citrus and butter. It turned out better than expected considering I’d planned on chicken, but the local market was out of it for the next few days. It was the perfect end to a day full of traveling.
