It’s Labor Day weekend! Hope you’re squeezing in that last bit of summer weather! Here’s a recipe for a simple, refreshing treat that my husband and I enjoy on the regular. A Banana Smoothie! 🍌 It starts with a banana. It needs to be ripe but not overripe and it needs to be frozen. Next add: • about six pieces of frozen banana in the blender • four ice cubes • about one cup of milk • sweetener (I usually sweeten it with maple syrup but you can use any sweetener. Honey, stevia, sugar, agave.) • Blend until smooth and enjoy!
